Estimates and Diagnosing
Estimates are free in most cases depending on the time envolved and equipment needed to perform professional services. All fees are deducted, if repairs are done. Estimates are written and several options are offered.
Towing
Local towing may be free if the repairs are major (engine, transmission, auto body, collision).
Loaners and Auto Rentals
Available starting at $10-$20 per day.
Phone Estimates
Beware of phone estimates! They are unprofessional and you can be drawn in with low estimates and unprofessional services (steps 1 through 9 are necessary to do proper diagnostics and repairs).
